ABOUT US
The smoke shack is a family run business based just outside of Leeds. Our goal is to provide exceptional tasting smoked meats and sides with our own signature seasonings and sauces. We offer the perfect casual dining catering option for weddings, parties, special events and corporate gatherings. We can work from a fixed venue or from our self sufficient converted horsebox should you wish to take your event outside! We also run takeaways from time to time (which is how it all started) to ensure our loyal local customers still get the opportunity to get their meat fixes!

We believe in supporting local businesses which is why all our meat is sourced from our very own local butcher. We have spent years perfecting smoked meat for our small, loyal customer base and due to high demand have recently expanded to service the whole of LS26 (other nearby areas may be considered, please contact us to find out more).

We are not here to churn out fast food. We want to create an authentic Texas smokehouse experience, delivering quality dishes that taste amazing.

We only use the freshest produce into create our mouth watering sides. Our menu changes throughout the year  to take advantage of seasonal produce.

We guarantee to pack a punch with our tasty seasonings, sauces and marinades whilst always ensuring to protect and respect the flavour of the meat. We highly recommend our signature smoked gravy, the perfect accompaniment to any of our meat dishes.
