Our menus centre around our delicious smoked meats and meat alternatives and The Smoke Shack Pitboss works tirelessly to complement them with the right seasonings, sauces, breads and sides. Our 42,000 cubic inch smoker, fondly named Betty, is our pride and joy. The quality of her smoking is truly exceptional and we love using such natural cooking methods in natural settings. The smell of the smoker is also something to be held and we can arrange for Betty to be present at your special day should you so wish.
